    • International: Expected delivery within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can easily monitor its progress.

  • We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


Returns & Quality Issues

Because every item is custom-made on demand, our policy aligns with Printful’s:

  • Defects or Fulfillment Errors: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll coordinate with our print provider (Printful) to offer either a free reprint or a refund, with no need to return the item. Printful Help Center+1

  • Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your package goes missing or isn’t delivered, submit a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it quickly—replacing or refunding as needed. Printful Help Center+1


No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
